We will not come again. It was terrible. I will not judge receptionists , but I have some questions to the hotel manager. Location, and clean room. I use booking for 3 years and till this moment I didn’t have problems, but this stay is the worst that I have ever had. We use hotel just to rest at the night, but unfortunately we didn’t have a possibility to do even this. First night guests in the room near to our was so loud, they talked loud not only in their room, but also in the corridor. Unfortunately, No one could interrupt them as reception is in another hotel in another street and I just decided to leave it at that and speak to someone from the hotel in the morning. At the morning, when I told it to the receptionist, she told me that they will tell to the maintenance to check and will talk with guests. I don't know if anyone talked to the guests, but the next night was a living hell, I woke up in the night because the guests in the next room were talking super loud, and about twenty minutes later, when I was ready to fall asleep to their conversations, they started having sex and our room was filled with some woman moaning. I couldn't stand it any longer and rang reception, where I heard from some receptionist that he didn't have access to the hotel, that they didn't have any guest contacts and that I should speak to the guests myself…….. So if there are no guest contacts at reception, does that mean they never spoke to anyone during the day and just lied to me? Two out of three nights we didn't sleep properly and our holiday turned into hell. The third night was terrible also, our neighbours decided to make a sex marathon, and from 23:00 till 2-3 am we listened bed sounds…..and we woke up sleeping just for few hours before our flight….

Very good. I loved the quietness and privacy. It could use a more depth cleaning. Hair dryer and iron could be useful as well. Overall, it fullfilled our purpose.
