Good. It was in general holiday inn style. Good personnel.. It was quite used, carpets and curtains very with big spoils. The shower leaked, it felt like the room was not very cared. There were some problems with TV, we were notified about this during check in, so it wasn’t a problem for us but also our phone didn’t work. We were only one night - so to sleep it was ok, but can be much better comparing with other hotels of this net..

Convenient and Comfortable. Proximity to Disneyland. Ease of check in and check out. Convenient breakfast option with plenty of seating.. The room service was out of several options but apart from that nothing else..

Overall hotel served its purpose, expensive for a room without electrics & dirty towels.. Brilliant location for Disney land, breakfast was good; a lot of variety. Beds where comfortable.. On arrival the reception explained a problem with electrics on the second floor; no use of the tv, faulty electrical sockets so was only able to charge our phones ect down stairs. Children struggled having no tv when returning back to the hotel, the receptionist told us no other rooms available. Cockroach in towels, brown dirt also on towels, brought our own so glad we did not have to use them..
