stay away. nothing can tell about his hotel is way far from hotel standards . this hotel is a piece of garbage. I got a room with a security exits door inside the room. Inside the room?? Is this acceptable? Also there is huge stains on the ceiling like an old leaking and the room smells a cigarette. The worst experience ever faced in my life and worst hotel I’ve ever seen.. nothing inside or outside the room related to hotel standards.

The worst experience. Location. For our stay we booked 3 rooms. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there was a malfunction in the hotel and they could only offer us a room for 6 people for the first evening, and then the next day they would offer us 2 more rooms. This did not happen until after long negotiations with the owner and the receptionist. In one of the rooms offered, they didn't even clean up after previous customers. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms dirty, the sheets and towels dirty, everything was very bad. Unfortunately, we were not the only ones in this situation, there were two other groups of tourists with the same problem. Do not stay at this hotel..

Not bad. Comfortable, good location.. Literally noone speaks a single word of English...not possible to communicate... Workers helped with luggages only during check in, when you leaving they don't care to move and help, or at least great..

Good value for money. My stay at Senyor Garden Hotel in Istanbul was an absolute delight, and I can confidently say it offered fantastic value for money. This gesture made a significant difference to my travel experience, and I am truly grateful for their flexibility and hospitality. The room at Senyor Garden Hotel was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Istanbul. What truly impressed me was the hotel's prime location, with all the major tourist attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace just a short walk away. This convenience allowed me to make the most of my trip and experience the vibrant atmosphere of Istanbul. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Senyor Garden Hotel to fellow travelers looking for an affordable and enjoyable stay in Istanbul.. Communication gap like most hotels in Turkey they don't speak English and but a translator works..

Disappointing. It is located in 10min walk to old city Fatih district with its entertainment. Very friendly service. We were supposed to pay when we arrive. They took money from my card 2 weeks before in several times. I thought my card was stolen as amounts didn't correspond to anything and name of the hotel did not correspond. I had to block my card and it made me trouble with other reservations. In the end, everything was fine with total payment, but this experience... Bathroom has mold that is very old. Bathroom is half broken. Rooms are tiny. Towels are very hard. Breakfast ok.

A frustrating stay with poor service and language barriers.. The only aspects I appreciated were the presence of a bed and air conditioning in the room, which provided basic comfort during my stay and the location.. I stayed at the Senyor Garden Hotel in Istanbul for a week. At first, I was hopeful because of the good reviews and a friendly message from the hotel. But sadly, my experience was not good. When I got to the hotel late at night, I had a hard time talking to the staff because they couldn't speak English. This made things really confusing, especially when they told me they didn't have my booking details, even though the hotel had sent me a confirmation message before. The only staff available were a cleaning lady and Mustafa, a factory worker who occasionally helps at the hotel, neither of whom could communicate in English Luckily, I later learned Mustafa, could speak another language we both knew ( almost after 30 minutes of pointless google translates etc ) , which made things a bit easier. He gave me a room for the night and said the owner would fix everything in the morning. The next day, the owner said everything was fine, but it was still hard to talk to him as he himself only knew turkish or russian. During my stay, I faced more problems. The room service was not good. I had to leave my keys at the front desk to get my room cleaned, but getting them back was a struggle because of language issues with different staff members. Also, the cleaning was not done well. They only changed the bed sheets and didn't bother with the pillow covers or towels. Throughout my stay, I couldn't shake off the feeling that the place wasn't operating as a proper hotel. Most of the staff members seemed unprofessional and not equipped to handle hotel operations, which was quite disappointing. The room itself was quite bare-bones, offering only a kettle but lacking other basic items like spoons, glasses, or mugs, which limited its usefulness. In the photo below, See how the staff left all the pillow covers and towels piled on a chair, instead of properly placing them on the pillows and in the bathroom, after changing the bedsheet..

the location is very good close to grand bazar and aya sofia and accsaray the hotel is very clean and the staff is excel. property is very good. anything the property is very good.
