체크인에서 체크아웃까지 완벽했습니다.
조식또한 매우 만족스러웠구요.
GYM밖에 현재는 부대시설이 없더군요...
SPA나 마사지도 이용할수 있는 시설이 있었으면 합니다.
비슷한 가격의 근처 호텔보다 방이 훨씬 넓고 깨끗해서 훤씬 편하게 지낼수 있었습니다.. .

Exceptional Stay at The Westin Nisantasi. I stayed with my family at The Westin Nisantasi Istanbul for five nights, and it made our first visit to Turkey and Istanbul truly exceptional. The experience was nothing short of pleasant from start to finish.
The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and accommodating. Room service was outstanding—prompt, thoughtful, and consistent. We received some lovely surprises, such as a bottle of sparkling water and a cake upon arrival, a very kind gesture. Every request we made, whether for extra towels or a shampoo refill, was handled quickly and efficiently. I also appreciated how our requests were logged in the system, ensuring smooth communication between staff.
We were even offered one complimentary buffet breakfast, possibly due to the length of our stay. It was a delightful surprise, and the breakfast itself was excellent, featuring a wide selection of high-quality items.
While I, unfortunately, can't recall the names of every team member who helped us, from the doorkeepers to concierge and cleaning staff, I want to especially thank Mustafa, who assisted us both on the night we arrived and the day we left. He kindly helped with our luggage and arranged a taxi to the airport at a fair rate.
Thank you to everyone at The Westin Nisantasi for making our first time in Istanbul so memorable. I truly hope we have the opportunity to return and stay with you again.. .
