First time visit.. As first time visitors to Rome this Hotel was in a great location, close to everything, especially the Trevi Fountain as the name would suggest. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The Room was well insulated for sound, particularly to the outside with the large crowds at the Fountain. The Hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly and went out for their way to make sure I was well taken care of when I had a small dental emergency. I cannot thank them enough.. .

excellent stay. The location is perfect. Next to Trevi fountain!! Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very polite and amazingly helpful. The room was very clean and of a very good size. There is a very nice trance (closed all around), for breakfast. There is another trance on the 5th floor for smoking (an open one but with sunbeds and tables with chairs), with amazing view.. The elevator was too small, but given the fact that most hotels in Rome do not have an elevator at all, it was good that there was one!.

The location and the staff cannot be beat!. Loved the location, the breakfast, the evening bar but mostly…. The staff!! All were very helpful and pleasant!. The shower was a bit dangerous. The rain shower head appeared to be falling out, a small amount of mold on the tiles but the most dangerous was the shower. Up about 8 inches from the floor and super slippery. The drain cover was elevated over the base and not attached. Crazy trying to move in the shower and I had to say a prayer before exiting. So slippery.

Wonderful. Location, the room was served very well and the beds were very comfortable There was an amazing surprise which is the shatafa ( the water cleaner in the toilet). Nothing.
