Only item I would upgrade is shower products and please open the sauna, do some kind of in room food service.

Room was very clean. single bed was a bit narrow size than US single bed. but was comfortable.
Location was so great ! Easy to walk around everywhere we didn't use that much transportation.
Hotel staff so friendly.It was such a pleasure experience.

. Young man with pony tail on the reception works on the desk 24hrs a day and always very helpful and friendly. He doesn’t sleep or go home he loves his job. Pretty Girl in the breakfast buffet -L1 is a double tae kwon do champion. Looks innocent but might hurt you if you make a mess down there :p thanks again guys . .

. We recently stayed at this hotel with family and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We booked two rooms and both were always spotless—housekeeping did a fantastic job. The hotel is fairly new, I believe staff said only 3 years old. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to mention Barış, who was so sweet and helpful throughout our visit. He always greeted us with a smile and even offered us coffee whenever we were in the lobby—a big bonus for a family of coffee lovers like us!
The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh options that kept us full until well into the day. The location couldn’t be better—super central and just a short walk to all the major attractions, ferry terminals, and train stations.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!. .
