deffinitely coming back next time. The room was smaller than we expected it to be but it had just everyrhing we needed. Well-equipped bathroom and insanely comfortable bed! Location of the hotel was also perfect; close to the Accor Arena where I attended the concert (TXT 🤭) but also good connection with the undergrounf to centrak station and to anything you'd want to see in Paris. .

Disappointed. On the booking.com website, it was indicated that there was a safe in the room. When we arrived in the room we found that the safe was permanently locked. We went downstairs to talk to the reception and they told us that no safe in any room was to be used (technical issues and as the staff said, it’s to much of a trouble for them). One of the reasons that we booked this hotel was to have a safe to put our valuables when we were out and about in Paris. We find it very ordinary from them. The towels for our shower were hand towels, no full size towels in the room. When we checked out a 4:45am, the reception was having trouble finding our contract to close it. Finally, it’s really just a room.. .

I like this hotel and would consider using it again on my next trip to Paris.. The room was larger than I was expecting and the level of cleanliness was high. The staff were friendly and responsive to any of my inquiries. And I ended up liking the location more than I was expecting (good Metro connections with a station literally outside the front door, with access to two lines).. My toilet was running-on the first night I arrived (but the hotel was very good about fixing it quickly the next day). The only thing I missed was not having a kettle in the room..

Very happy , value for money. It was very clean in my room , abit dated and furniture was chipped and worn in places, the bed was very comfortable and clean , lots of amenities like toilet paper clean towels and soap, staff are friendly. the elevator is very old and takes along time work just use the stairs.

dirty hotel with bedbugs. We spent two nights in a hotel. There were bedbug bites all over my body. I was itching for two weeks and there were huge bites all over my body. The pillows are old and have no shape. The mattresses are also old and not comfortable. I advise everyone to look for another hotel. .

A nice stay next to Bercy. The location was great to go to a concert in the Bercy Arena. The room was small and the roof was a mansarde so as small women it was fine but still felt small..
