Very enjoyable. Great location, very friendly staff, comfortable bed, surrounded by good restaurants and bars. Room small and no wardrobe, uneven floor.

Good value for a short stay, but limited space and cleanliness could be better. We stayed at Hotel Royal Opéra and found it to be a good value for the money, especially for the central location. We paid €125 per night, which is very reasonable for Paris. The room was small, and the bathroom was quite tight with limited space, which is typical for the city. It wasn’t very clean, and overall the space felt a bit cramped. It’s fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than 2 nights. The staff was friendly, and the location is excellent for sightseeing and shopping.. .

Small, quaint, comfortable city centre hotel. This hotel is in a reasonably quiet side street close to "les grands magasins" - the major stores - and within spitting distance of L'eglise de la Madeleine. It's convenient for the Metro and RER systems, just a few minutes walk from Madeleine, and less than 15 minutes from Haussmann St-Lazare and Auber RER stations and Havre-Caumartin Metro station. The front desk staff were excellent - friendly, efficient and with very good English (thankfully). Like most city centre hotels it is expensive for what it offers but this may be outweighed by its convenience. My double room was small but perfectly adequate, immaculately clean and had very good free wifi. The bathroom was tiny! There is a small restaurant off the hotel lobby that serves as the breakfast room as well as serving dinner. You need to be aware that if you have limited mobility, there are four curving steps from the lobby up to the lift (elevator) which has a relatively narrow door.. .

Never coming back again. Nothing honestly except that’s one staff named Mohammed was a bit friendly and tried to help us. The staff in general were incredibly rude they were screaming in french and not cooperate with us at all I asked for them to speak in English but they were not cooperative and they made a problem for us every time we get in and get out of hotel like we didn’t pay for our stay even though it’s prepaid before arrival. I really won’t come here again and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone..

It was a good stay as location is accessible to a lot of stuff. Just wish there were more space to move around and put s. It was in the centre. Just walking distance to a lot of stuff. Comfy bed and pillows.. Room is so small. Opening our luggage and getting to our stuff was a struggle. But i think most rooms in Paris is small and expensive..

Great location. Great location. Everything is within easy reach.. The room was relatively clean, but there were cigarette butts scattered on the lovely balcony. It felt like there was some sort of boundary—cleaning here, but not there. The balcony door and handle were dirty as well..
