Be Careful of Messages Asking for Card Details. . After booking this room, the hotel contacted me through the Booking.com messaging service and asked me to verify my card details through an external link. The same thing happened to two of my friends. I ended up paying for the same room two times before I paid again at the property. Neither the hotel nor Booking.com is taking responsibility for it. There is an ongoing dispute. Conveniently no one speaks English at the hotel when they are contacted..

Good value, well-served modern hotel, great facilities including an excellent pool, close to seaside. The location is excellent, with super views from the rooms with terrace views of the sea. The hotel is a few hundred metres from the sea and a very long sandy beach. The general amenities are good (for a 3* hotel), and the pool and surrounds are super, perfect for spending lazy days and well served by friendly staff, and great to have a plentiful supply of towels on hand. I didn't try breakfast, though it looked really good and a wide selection of foods were available, other residents said they thought it great value for money. The hotel ambience is conducive to a super seaside break, and there's plenty of space to hide away and read or relax in the large lounge area.. I would have preferred more blankets on my bed, I had to ask a few times though they were always delivered , and I would expect a room safe no matter what type of room booked - I had a deluxe room with sea view and terrace and this didn't come with a safe, or telephone which I would expect anywhere, from both a security and safety point of view. On safety, the room had no information about what to do in the event of a fire (where to leave from, fire exits, floorplan, who to call in the event of an emergency, and so on) which is *essential* information and should be available in every room and located on the back of the door. There should also be more than just a menu for room service in the room and some information about breakfast times, pool opening times, who to call etc., ideally in a handbook. Also, although laundry bags are provided, the hotel offers no laundry service, which is an essential service, even for light, weekend travellers or longer-term stays..

Good. room was spacious view was cool. the hotel is still not 100% finished (still doing some furniture works) the AC was broke.

Good. The hotel is very nice in a nice and quite town, beach front. Staff was friendly. Rooms were ok. No wifi in the rooms. Poor connection at the reception and at the pool..

I'll be back, for sure! This is a super hotel, new, clean, secure, friendly and well-served.. The hotel location is super, very close to the village and sea, and fabulous view from my room balcony facing the seafront, with a direct line of sight to wonderful sunsets. Relatively quiet, and felt quite 'separate' from the rest of the outside world, ideal for relaxing. The room size was good and it's well appointed, bright and reasonably comfortable, good value for money. The pool is substantial and the poolside has plenty of sun loungers, towels, and snacks and drinks available from a member of staff on duty when the pool is open. I didn't take breakfast at the hotel, though there's an excellent cafe-restaurant opposite that serves great home-cooked foods, coffee and so on if you - like me - sleep through the breakfast time :) . The staff were very attentive, very helpful and friendly. The small bar well-stocked and serves great coffee and tea all day and evening, and although I didn't eat at the hotel - there's excellent fish restaurants nearby - the food served looked delicious, freshly-prepared and plentiful.. The air conditioning wasn't very effective (I think it's a case of cleaning the filters and re-pressurizing the refrigerant). The hot water was limited and very low pressure, though the room was at the top of the building and the pressure in the lobby facilities was fine. The mini safe wasn't working at first. It would have been super to have a mini-fridge to cool the numerous free bottles of water from the hotel..
