Unfortunately . Room was not clean, there is no helper to carry the luggages, ac didnot work. Bed matress was not good shape, had back pain next day. .

Great hospitality , in the best part of Istanbul. Very warm and kind manager, helpful receptionists and responsible staff , super clean and comfortable rooms and suites ( feel it in both in economic and luxury rooms), enjoy to stay in small and cosy hotel, located in very calm and relaxing area of Moda neighbourhood of Istanbul. Great view to Sea, even if you have street view room you can enjoy the Balcony and there is tea and coffee`s (self-service) provided for you.
We stayed in standard room but Mr Manager gave us the golden night for our 4th anniversary and upgraded our room to the Sea view Suite. At the time we stayed there elevator was under construction and I think they want to change it place to somewhere else in hotel, but we did not have any problem about it.
In my idea the things that can make this hotel even better place (my tips )
1. Can make charming pathway toward the entrance.
2. Open the bar or restaurant in garden level.
3. Open the way from the garden to the walking area behind the hotel.
4. Redesign the garden for summer time.. .

. Temizlik ile ilgili yorumları okudugumuzda biraz tereddut etmistik ancak konaklamamiz sirasinda karsilastigimiz direkt bir temizlik sorunu olmadi. Ornegin bardaklarda su lekeleri vardi ve tekrar yikamak durumunda kaldik ama bu bardaklarin temiz olmadigini gostermez. Genel olarak kaldigimiz odayi begendik. Odanin deniz manzarasi ve kullanisliligi gercekten cok iyiydi. Tekrar gider misiniz? Gideriz. . .

Amazing city break. Beautiful hotel at the perfect location. Starting from reception to housekeeping, all staff members are so polite and proactive. rooms have great view. Rooms are nicely decorated with lots of luxury details. All necessary amenities have been placed for you..There is a nice park just in front of the hotel if you want to have work out in nature, you can walk or jog.. There are also bicycles which you can take from the hotel and enjoy... All nice restaurants and bars are few minutes by walk.. especially walk on the side of tram way and have a nice turkish coffee... Main ship pier is 15 minutes by walk, so you can easily access to old city which is at the European side , Eminonu, Sultanahmet; by a nice boat transfer and experiencing Bosphorus will be bonus.. Turkish breakfast at the roof top of the hotel is priceless... Hotel manager is always there for you.. highly recommend it to ll type of travelers... .

OLUMSUZ !!!. Öncelikle girişte otel görevlisini bulmak çok zordu. Bulduğumuzda hiç ilgilenmedi. Kimlik bilgilerimizi almadı. Ateşimiz ölçülmedi. Ödeme alındı ve odaya çıktık. Oda kapısı 4 kere in çık yapmamız sonucu anahtarların bozuk olmasından dolayı anca açıldı. Oda fotoğrafta göründüğü gibi güzel. Fakat klima çalışmıyor ve kaloriferler biz söyleyip, tamir edecek biri gelene kadar açılmadı. Odada havlu sayısı eksikti. İstedik getirdiler. Tuvalet kağıdı v gibi ürünler eksikti. En kötü yanı ise Getir'den sipariş verdik ve getir görevlisi resepsiyondan odamız aranmadan, bilgi verilmeden, oda kapımıza kadar geldi. Bu bir otelde en olamması gereken şeydir. Ya resepsiyondan arar haber veririsn gönderelim mi diye, ya da siparişiniz geldi, aşağıdan alabilir misiniz dersin.
Kendi ortamınızı kendiniz yarattığınız için oda güzel onun dışında asla tavsiye etmem. . .

Hoş bir terası da varmış.... Otelin konumu çok merkezi. Otel eski fakat restorasyon görmüş. Gece konaklamak için yeterli bir otel. Güler yüzlü personel otelin keyifli bir terası olduğunu ve görmemizi tavsiye etse de sabaha karşı otele giriş yapınca maalesef terasını göremedik.. .

Totally Loved the Suite Room. I totally loved the room that I stayed in. It was the suite room.
Large room with lots of space.
However, the location is rather secluded but close to Kadikoy.
Reception was very friendly and helpful.
Service was also good.
It was a shame that they did not provide breakfast.. .
