Outstanding!. Ismael was incredibly kind and helpful. He provided outstanding service, and it’s clear he has potential for a more advanced role. We would love to come back and stay again. It was evident from your staff that service is above all else which is often hard to find these days. Ismael had great suggestions and took care in ensuring our happiness. We will be back as it’s also a great area/neighborhood.. .

Very helpful and friendly staff. My wife and I had planned a four-day vacation in Paris. Through Hotels.com we booked another hotel in the Marais district (Les Patios du Marais), but when we arrived this hotel in the afternoon, it turned our that they for some unknown reason had cancelled our reservation without informing us! We we quite desperate not having a hotel for our vacation, and started to explore on Hotels.com if there were any vacant hotels in the Marais district. Luckily the Maison Saintonge had one vacant room left, but we did not have enough power left on our laptop to complete the reservation. The staff at Les Patios du Marais called the hotel and they blocked the room for 20 min. Off we went to this small but charming hotel. The receptionist was extremely friendly. He showed us the room which unfortunately was very small - there was not even space on the flour to open our suitcase. As we were staying in Paris for 4 days we were reluctant to take this room. The receptionist completely understood our difficult situation and suggested we sat down in the lobby, powered our PC, and searched for another hotel or an Airbnb apartment. While we were doing this he served us tea, coffee, water and sweets. What a nice treat! Eventually we found a nice Airbnb apartment in the the Marais district. Although we never stayed at Maison Saintonge we can highly recommend this hotel due to the exquisite service.. .

Great location but very small space. Great location. Very small rooms and bath/shower arrangement is very inconvenient.

Nice place in amazing location but not as quiet as one hoped. Location excellent and rooms clean and quaint. Air con units are noisy even when off When we tried to request a room change reception quite unsympathetic and had limited interest in truly helping..

A very special and memorable stay in a very beautiful hotel that feels so homely and so unique!. It’s so beautifully considered and put together.. such a quirky place to stay. So much comfort .. staff are so friendly and the rooms so comfortable and stylish!. Nothing … that I had to leave !.

Great location, friendly staff, and quaint boutique room. Excellent location and beautifully presented room. Amenities in the room were excellent.. Room rather small, but having said that it was pretty, quiet, and comfortable. You may struggle if you have large suitcases..

Very lovely hotel with attentive staff. Would definitely recommend.. The location is very central, in a cool and stylish neighbourhood. the room was a little too small but still very comfortable.. The bath didn’t have a curtain or anything, which made it difficult to usr without splashing around..
