Nice place with staff in need of a mindshift in favour of customer welfare. Good location and connectivity. Good parking facilities but entry sometimes precarious. Reception and dining areas good and kept clean throughout. Room equally well cleaned and replenished by staff.. Personally I found staff not to have a client orientated culture and operated narcissisticly and were self orientated. They were more focused on performing menial tasks to be seen to be busy than on the évident needs of customers. At the reception the training of a stagiaire during prime hours was more important than getting customers into rooms resulting in long waiting line with one booth in effect open for business. When asked why she could not be more polyvalent she replied the stagiaire has to be trained, even though the elderly needed to get to their room and toilet after a long journey. At breakfast plates were taken away whilst you were eating and without asking. On one occasion it was indicated that one was not finished and when I went to get coffee it was taken away anyways by the same person with considerable food on the plate leading to waste. Orders went undelivered or delivered when you are reasonable expected to finish breakfast (45 minutes + afterwards). Scrambled eggs never available one had to ask and wait as if forward planning is rocket science in a four star hotel..
