Passable. Clean and lovely staff. Good location for Gare du Nord. Very small rooms and very basic. Area around is busy and run down.

Pleasant hotel in interesting are, no shortage of Indian restaurants. Small room but quiet with a very nice bathroom. Located close to gare du Nord station for Eurostar. .

Right around the corner to a very convenient subway station.. Just like the other review state the elevator is tiny! I only had a carry on and even then too small.. I would just use the stairs. I thought the area was decent and kind of scared me about what the inside was going to look like but this place was soo clean. During my five night stay housekeeping would come in and clean which I really enjoyed coming to a clean room and fresh new towels. The bed was so comfortable and the blackout curtains were perfect. The only draw back I had is not having enough pillows but that's my complaint at every hotel. The location was perfect and there was a major subway that even had a direct line to get to the airport that was a win for me.. .

Decent stay. Hotel is a short walk from Gare Du Nord. The area isn’t the best but we just took the metro to and from the hotel and it was convenient enough. The lift is very small and can fit max three people or one person and one luggage so keep that in mind. We booked the family room and was assigned to the 6th floor. The room had two small bedrooms which was a nice surprise. The toilet was separate from the shower and were both extremely small. The shower was super small so will be very difficult to use if you are not petite. The rooms were all clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t know how to use the heat and asked the front desk. They said they would send someone up but no one came. Stayed two nights and it was a bit cold. Overall it was fine.. .

Good For The Budget Savvy. The front office staff was very efficient. They checked us in quickly and responded to our complaint in a satisfactory timely manner. When we first got into our room, the glass bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way and no door knob/handle. I have to admit we are not fans of glass doors for bathroom as you can still see a silhouette, not 100% privacy. So we brought this matter up to the staff and asked for another room. They put us in a room with a functioning bathroom door. Yay! The hotel has a small lift. Allows only one person with luggage at one time. Or 3 persons with no big bags. The room was serviced daily - which was awesome. Room was clean, comfortable beds. Pillows like most hotels are soft. This is a mere observation. Clean bathroom and overall no complaints. There was also good air conditioning and functioning heaters. This hotel is located in a side street within walking distance of Gare Du Nord train station and a local station, La Chapelle. This makes it a convenient location to catch trains. Busses are also available nearby. The Gare Du Nord area itself is a melting pot of various cultures. The street that the hotel is on gives the vibe that you’re in India not Paris. There’s an abundance of Indian restaurants, groceries shops etc. Once you take the short walk to the Main Street of where Gare Du Nord is located, you will feel the expected Parisian culture. I can recommend this hotel for the budget conscious/savvy.. .

Simple functional hotel stay. We stayed here during the Olympics and booked the family room. The hotel itself is simple, but the large room was comfortable and immaculately clean. The bathroom was modern and to a high standard and the air conditioning was a welcome rest bite from the heat and humidity of a Paris summer. The staff were really helpful, due to the rail attacks our Eurostar was cancelled. But the hotel were very accommodating in retaining our booking whilst we arrived a few days later. Location wise it is excellently placed near to Gare du Nord making it really simple to get around Paris on public transport. The only downside is that the area is not great, particularly with the cigarette sellers lurking outside La Chapelle Metro just to the north and the street sellers that come out after dark.. .

Good. Good stay overall for 1 night. For breakfast you have to exit and go to the other building. Not ideal.. .
