Very low quality. Location was good. Power outlets not working properly, WIFI not working and the cleaning staff let my door open the whole day. Plus rooms smelling like sweat. I had stayed in a hotel in this building two years ago and it was a completely different experience..

A night mare / In our HoneyMoon. Photos can be very misleading, thinking that, you are getting a nice and a beautiful hotel, always check the ⭐️ s, be sure they are 4 to 5 please..and do your homework in reading all the reviews..and also be sure they have someone that speak your language..or have a translator app.. between two hotels and airlines tickets we pay close to 6,000.00 dollars. And now I’m trying to see if the insurance can cover some of it..at least... .

Great stay in Rome. We loved the hotel's close proximity to Termini station and most attractions. The only attraction we were unable to walk to was the Vatican The balcony offered a beautiful view of the surroundings. Nothing. Even the small lift added character to the hotel.

AVOID THIS PLACE. I had the misfortune of staying at this "hotel" and it was an absolute nightmare. Let's start with the stains on the walls and in the middle of bed sheets. Dirty floors and bathroom, Non-working room lock- Anyone could walk in and out without a problem. With only one working light, the room was really dark. receptionist was drink and their breath reeked of alcohol. AVOID THIS PLACE. I have been trying to contact hotel personel ever since and nobody responds.. .

Great hotel. After reading reviews about this hotel i was a little nervous about staying here but i need not have worried. We arrived at the hotel very late and reception was closed but there was a note left for us for how to enter our rooms. The keys were in a lockbox next to the door. The rooms were lovely, we had a family room and 2 doubles for our party. They were a great size, lovely bathrooms and very clean, it seems they have been recently refurbished. The cleaning team were there every morning with fresh towels etc and cleaned the rooms daily. Reception staff are lovely. We asked at reception the next day to borrow an iron which they gave us and we were able to keep this in the room for the weekend with no charge. The hotel is in walking distance of lots of attractions i.e Trevi fountain and there is a hop on, hop off bus stop a short walk away in Piazza Barbarini. It backs on to Horti Sallustiani, we could see it out of our balcony! All in all this was a great base for our trip to Rome. Thank you Romalive staff for a great stay 😁 We will be coming back soon. .

Fair. It is quite fair for its value. It was a bit difficult to find, because there is no sign, but if you go inside the building, there is a small lobby on the right from where you will take your key. Stuff was friendly and I could appreciate my privacy. The hotel seems to have bad reviews. but overall for me was good and I would stay there again.. .

Good. . There is no breakfast, just a voucher to get a croisont and a capucino at a local across the street..
