Cosy stay. The location was perfect walking distance to metro (a main station) , and lot of resturants in the neighborhood, room was very clean , they cleaned it every day , room was cosy and warm , a big shover and toilet with warm water very good pressure and some kind of bidet,room was big for paris ,breakfast was nice ,over all it was very nice boutique hotel. Nothing.

Worst hotel experience in my entire life. Room smells like the sewer.. Good location, nice staff members.. Stinky room which smelled like the sewer. Probably it’s my bad luck for my room only. I booked the room for 6 days(5nights), and we smelt the stinky smell for 5 days. Sometimes the smell was light, after opening the window it became bearable. But sometimes the stinky smell was so strong and intense and made me physically feel like puking. My girlfriend barely slept for one night due to the stinky smell. And for another night cross 26th-27th, we both were waken up by the intense gross smell in the middle of the night..

Perfect comfortable high end room to stay for our last night in Paris.. Bathroom and room were lovely!! elevator was perfect. staff was very helpful.. The location on google maps is wrong so the Uber took us to the wrong place. We told them this and they knew about it and don't know how to change it..

Great location, with nice amenities and staff.. Location, size of room and facilities with friendly staff,. Attic room does have low beams so need to be careful of your head. Toilet is very small room and at times would hit head off of door handle. Also very strong smell from the bathroom of drains so not sure if problem with plumbing and bath didn’t work too well..
