Very unpleasant experience. The only reason I booked the hotel is its proximity to many points of interest. Very unpleasant experience. It was raining for 3 days during my stay and the window in the room was constantly leaking water inside, the tapestry, the wall and the floor of the room was moulded and destroyed. After complaining about that to the receptionist I received a smile as an answer and nothing was done about it. Neither they proposed to me to change the room, nor did they fix the window at least temporarily. The same day as I arrived, in the evening I had a friend of mine passing for a cup of tea. The porter came to my room and told us we have to register every person who enters the hotel, finally the personnel in a very disrespectful way explained to us that we have to pay for the night for a second person. I explained a few times that the visit was literally for a cup of tea my friend is not staying for the night, but they didn't want to understand. My friend preferred to leave. Never in any other country have I had this problem, my friends and family could visit me for a while in any hotels without registration as accompanied by myself.
Soundproofing is inexistent. Every night I couldn't get a good sleep, forced to listen to someone's phone calls, prayers or sexual intercourse very loudly until very late.
Disrespectful treatment. No sanitary standards. Not recommended.
