Incredible hotel!. Rixos Premium Gocek is an incredible hotel. We stayed for one week in June and I couldn’t fault it at all.
It’s spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and check you are having a good time. The guest relations and reception team are very helpful. Even though there were lots of guests at the hotel, it never felt busy or crowded.
We had the standard room and it was huge with a very comfortable bed. The shower is lovely and it has great air conditioning.
The pool area is a good size and there are plenty of very comfortable sun loungers to choose from. There’s a saltwater pool and a chlorine pool which are both lovely. The ladies on roller-skates are brilliant and very attentive. They bring your drinks quickly and always ask if you want snacks.
They have an extensive cocktail menu during the day and all the ones we tried were very well-made. The Mango Daiquiri was particularly nice!
The Secret Beach is absolutely beautiful and the speed boat trip to get there and back is really fun. The water is crystal clear and fabulous for swimming.
The food at this hotel is out of this world. The buffet, People’s and Azur are lovely and have a wide selection of choices. Azur has a gorgeous view of the beach and is shaded from the sun. The pasta dishes at Azur were delicious.
We paid the extra to go to the three a la carte restaurants which was completely worth it.
L’olivo Italian and Daidala are beautiful and give you very generous platters of food before you even get your starters. The food is delicious and the service is very quick. The prawn starter at Daidala is a must-try!
The food highlight for us was a meal at UMI Teppanyaki. The guy serving us was excellent and put on a real show. The meal was amazing and plentiful. They only seat 8 people so it feels really intimate. Book when you arrive to avoid missing out!
We also took a short stroll into Gocek one evening for dinner which I would recommend as it’s a lovely marina town.
The entertainment at Nox the Stage was very good. The African Soul band were brilliant and had everyone up dancing.
Another highlight is the complimentary boat trip. This three hour cruise around the beautiful 12 islands of Gocek is a fabulous trip. There are three swimming stops all in quiet coves and a well stocked bar on board.
Finally, they take care of lots of cats at the hotel, it’s obvious they are well looked after which is lovely to see.

Great break. My daughter and I had a week at this hotel in July and had a fantastic time. The secret beach via the boat is lovely and the lunch restaurant and bar area at the beach are great. We also spent a few days around the pool which we also enjoyed.
The Al la carte restaurants were good quality but our only criticism was that you have to pay for these, with the exception of one restaurant which doesn’t seem right for a Rixos Premium. We did walk into Gocek for dinner on a few evenings to the local restaurants, which made a nice change, but you shouldn’t have to do this at an Al inclusive premium resort. We loved seeing the kittens on a daily basis and it was great to see that the hotel looked after them.
Overall a great break and we will return. .

Our fifth visit..... My friend and I visited in June 2025 for the fifth time, we love the fact is a really chilled vibe hotel, quiet and no kids! We just wanted to have a few days on a sun lounger, good food, drink and sun - we largely got all that we wanted.
The first time we visited was 2018 and as I said, this was our fifth visit over the last few years - we didn't visit last year so definitely noticed some changes that had been made.
A lot of money has been spent revamping the main restaurant, the outside space is a lot nicer and it looks so much smarter and the inside space is better.
The canopy around the main pool is a brilliant idea, no fussing around with parasols and as the sun moves you still get the shade and sun. The pool is beautiful and towels on tap!
The grounds of the hotel as always were immaculate and the room was cleaned extremely well, a lot better than previous years - the only point to note is that we didn't get a turn down service at all over the 10 days, didn't really matter to us but I know that some guests like it.
Two areas that I thought had changed were the secret beach, it was crowded compared to the pool and thought it looked a little drab. There needs to be more space for the number of people over there which is difficult I know but as you are so close together it feels a bit claustrophobic (in my opinion).
The second point was the food in the main Turquoise restaurant, it just wasn't as good a previous years. Breakfast was brilliant but the evening selection wasn't great, previously we have had a lot of fresh fish like salmon, but not really any this year. Nothing felt very hot, the pasta was cold and stuck together and there was so much rice. The best night was when they did jacket potatoes which I know sounds "brit abroad" but all guests from all countries had them.
Lunch at People's was beautiful, quiet, lovely view and the staff couldn't do enough for you.
The cocktails at Nox in the evening were superb, a special mention needs to go to the team behind the bar who work so hard and do a brilliant job.
The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss, a lot of Turkish bands which I personally like but the bands that got everyone one up dancing played a selection of all types of music.
I will return as I love the hotel, it's everything you want for a relaxing break - this review isn't a criticism but an observation and the changes I have seen over the last few years.. .

High class service & high quality Hotel 💯. Fantastic hotel. With an amazing nature. The food was delicious. During our arrival the staff was very friendly. Especially Sevilay and Zharkynai many thanks for your kind service. The boat transfer to the secret beach was a dream. And also many thanks to Çiğdem, Mehmet, Emin, Rana, Ebrar and Abraham the operation manager. You are doing a well job. We will definitely come back. ❤️. .

Loved It. We spent a week here end of October and thought it was spectacular.
Our room was beautiful and were were upgraded on arrival. It was near the reception so there was a little road noise but nothing that bothered us and we preferred this location to being near the live bands in the evening.
The grounds are beautiful as is the position at the marina. We had sun bends easily each day although there were people going out very early each day to grab their fave spots!
The food at the buffet was just amazing - a huge range and variety of food. We are not usually buffet people but we really enjoyed eating here most nights. Lots of healthy options and lots of local food too. Its not open lunchtime so we would hop on the free boat to the private beach and eat over there. The little cafe area has wonderful food where you help yourself, and we also ate at Azur lots where you can be waited on - the food was great in both. The cocktails at the beach were amazing as was the staff service for drinks around the pool which was very proactive.
A minor issue was that there was only 1 bar open between 6 and 7 when people want pre dinner drinks, so long lines would form and there were not enough servers. The bar at Peoples should be open at this time to ease the pressure and provide better customer service. Also, the bar at the reception area is always open but never manned - we often had to wait there and the staff at reception ignored us until we approached them and asked to be served.
We didnt bother with the paid restaurants - the weeks holiday was not cheap so to have these at extra costs I think is a bit too much - and the fact they were extra is not highlighted on the Tui website so we were not aware when we booked. We didnt see them being used much all week and we thoroughly enjoyed the buffet food anyway.
The hotels in a great location just a 15 minute walk from the town along the beautiful seafront. The little touches at this hotel make a difference - constant top up of the mini bar, free sweets and ice creams at the pattisserie, and the free boat trip make this a very special place. Although whilst on board the free boat trip the staff were rude and didnt make any announcements or engage with anyone for the entire 3 hours.
We travel a lot and were very pleased with our choice - we would recommend if you want to chill, have good food and relax.. .

. Rixos Premium Göcek’e olan ziyaretim beklentilerimin çok ötesindeydi. Hizmet kalitesi ve ilgi gerçekten muazzamdı. Tüm çalışanlar son derece nazik ve profesyoneldi; tek öncelikleri misafirlerin konforunu sağlamak gibiydi. Daha önce birçok Rixos otelinde kaldım ama doğrusu böyle bir deneyim yaşamamıştım.
Restoranlar hem hijyen açısından hem de lezzet açısından üst düzeydi. Yemekler son derece özenli ve lezzetliydi.
Ayrıca doğayla iç içe huzurlu atmosferi, sakinliği ve detaylara verilen önem sayesinde burası tam anlamıyla bir cennet köşesi. Odalar tertemiz, konforlu ve her ihtiyaca cevap veriyor. Spa ve plaj olanakları da çok kaliteli ve dinlendirici.
Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğim bir yer.

Worst experience. We have stayed at many different Rixos hotels and are aware of the standards and expectations they offer. However we had high expectations for Rixos Premium Göcek, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely unpleasant and disappointing from start to finish.
To begin with, the electricity in our room went off multiple times—three nights in a row, leaving us in complete darkness and discomfort. We had many other issues in our room and were moved to another room with worse problems. Despite raising the issue with the staff, nothing was done to resolve it properly, and no real apology or compensation was offered.
The attitude of the staff was dismissive, and we felt completely ignored and disregarded throughout our stay. Requests were often met with indifference, and any attempt to get assistance felt like an inconvenience to them.
The manager was outright rude—not only unhelpful but condescending and unprofessional when we voiced our concerns. We were shocked at the lack of basic courtesy, let alone hospitality.
There was no sign of proper customer service anywhere. For a resort that markets itself as luxury, the service level was appalling. We genuinely felt unwelcome and mistreated.
We expected a peaceful, enjoyable holiday and left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Sadly, we cannot recommend this hotel and will certainly not be returning.. .

This is our second visit to this beautifully located hotel. Good mix of likeminded international guests.. The staff are what have made our stay exceptional. It’s like coming back to good friends and family. The guest relations team (thank you Maher) work tirelessly speaking to guests and checking on your experience. Services at the pool/beach and restaurants are all of a good standard. Thank you to Tutku, Berika, (our roller skating queens) Hakan and Ali for making sure our glasses were never empty. Premium drinks are served with an extensive drinks menu. This year we found the patisserie and ice cream shop. It’s so lovely.
The entertainment is more set for Turkish guests, however, a couple of nights we danced our socks off to live cover band music.
We have enjoyed talking to other guests in the evening, there are many places to take your drinks to and enjoy an evening away from the music.
We understand that the hotel will be undergoing a restructure for the new summer 26 season and will watch with interest to see what happens during the winter season. We wish all the staff best wishes for the future and can only imagine this hotel being even better than it currently is. Location is key and this hotel certainly ticks that box.

Second visit - would definitely return!. We spent a week at the Rixos Premium Gocek in November 2025, after our original stay in May/June 2024.
The hotel lived up to the same great expectations that led us back here for our second visit. I have stayed at other 5* resorts in Mexico, Egypt and Cape Verde and this is by far the best.
Staff:
Professional, friendly and attentive throughout the entire hotel, exactly what a 5* hotel should be. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
The hotel itself:
The grounds were clean and immaculately presented. All communal areas were the same. Exactly the high standards we experienced in 2024.
Rooms
Great cleaning staff - our rooms were always cleaned extremely well, amenities replenished daily. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, we slept incredibly well (better than we do at home). I forgot how great the rain showers are!
Food
Great food, plenty of variety, and the a la carte restaurants are well worth a visit. Will miss the huge varieties of salads and grilled meats.
Boat trip
The complementary boat trip is well worth the time investment. We went in 2024 and again this time. Plenty of stops for swimming, and lunch is included.
Improvement opportunities:
If we could give some feedback on minor improvements:
1) the music around the pool could be more varied. We listened to the same playlist every day. This was just our preference and it wouldn’t stop us from visiting again.
2) The lack of spoons in the buffet restaurant. As there are no spoons on tables, we would expect to see them available in the locations where spoons are needed (I.e., next to dessert). We had to visit the ice cream station to find a spoon for our tiramisu. Again, this wouldn’t stop us from visiting again, just some feedback that may help the flow of the restaurant.
3) We were approached often for feedback. This is great as the hotel genuinely want to seek out feedback to improve. However, we were approached by 4 different people in the space of 1 hour on our final day while we were trying to eat / play a board game. Putting feedback boxes / QR codes around the hotel might be an additional way to capture feedback? We did not receive so many questions last year.
