. Overall it was an ok stay. Two main problems were the extremely slow wifi and the staff not speaking English. Also, there is a bar by the pool which plays extremely loud music all day long. . .

. Qinn was a clean hotel, the breakfast was healthy and fresh, the hotel food was Amazing very well priced, my favourite was the whole seabass. They also had a dental menu which helped with my dental work. Outside the hotel there were adorable stray dog and cats that would love belly rubs and attention this made my trip better than expected. I will stay in this hotel again. I hope the same animals will be there on my next visit. Thanks. .

. Stayed in the Elite suite with outside jacuzzi. Jacuzzi wasnt a jacuzzi so should never be advertised as one. You fill it up urself everytime you want to use it which take hours, no spa hot tub feeling no way to keep the temperature high or set to a specific heat as it’s literally a bath tub outside. Paid the extra money for an item not used. No privacy on balcony an if you do want to use the jacuzzi within a couple of mins it will fill up with flys insects. Two bathrooms but one shower the bigger one has no hot/warm water. A/c in the room was lovely. View from the room was lovely. Cleaning was ok as al that gets cleaned is your bathroom. Hotel is so noisy outdoor event which you could hear from inside your room as if your the one putting a show on til earlys hours of the morning. Hotel has a club which is not stated an reception inform you that you cant hear anything when all you can hear is the club. Definitely a no! For a romantic peaceful getaway hotel try somewhere else. Staff try to be helpful when they are around. Dificult with language barrier. Breakfast was disappointing which was an extra charge so definitely a waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel or location. Spent £800 on 4 night stay waste of money. . .

. Stayed there first week in June 2024, The Hotel is very good value for money and the facilities are good. The staff are friendly and polite. If I was complaining I would say the breakfast could be tailored towards The Irish and English, we like a good old fry up but that was sadly missing. The breakfast provided was excellent, and there no shortage of food variety with a chef making omelettes and fresh eggs on the pan. The hotel is quite central in Muratpasa and is minutes from some shopping areas with Antalya city just 12 minutes drive. I enjoyed my stay there and would stay there again if I ever return to Antalya.. .

. Location was excellent. Some the staff (dining room & wait staff by the pool) were very dry and acted like we were bothering them by asking questions. Other than that the food was excellent and fresh. The facilities were clean.. .

. Property was under renovation- washrooms are tiny - NYC hotel washrooms were bigger. Definitely not on a beach. 150 steep steps down to a rocky beach entrance - nice for a dip but u pay 100 TL for a chair. Area around the pool was not clean. .
