Excellent stay. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very helpful staff.. The hotel is a four minute walk from the RER station which is very convenient. However the area did not feel particularly safe when I returned to the hotel, very late one evening, from an Olympic event. During the day it was fine..

Could be better, definitely. The lady at the reception desk was very helpful, especially when it came out that there is no hot water in the room (!), she offered a key to another room at the same floor to take a shower there. The hotel is within a walking distance from RER (suburb train) station.. Well, first off all, there was no hot water in the room and at first, I was told that I need to wait for it, because everybody is taking shower at the same time etc. Secondly, there was no fridge in the room (it is true that it is not in the description), which for me is strange in hotels of this level. Thirdly, there were no coffee capsules- I asked for them and the nice lady from the reception brought them, but it didn't help much because the coffee machine did not work anyway (!). Finally, the area around does not seem very safe..
