Lovely hotel with everything you need within a walking distance.. Lovely hotel in an upmarket area that was actually quite peaceful. The room was sizeable which we appreciated. Close enough to tourist attractions without the busyness.. Bathrooms are a bit small but the size of the room compensated for that..

Lovely hotel close to main attractions. Writing this a little late, but stayed here 19th Feb 2025 to 22nd Feb 2025 with my wife and two sons aged 14 and 10.
We knew straight away that our stay would be pleasant when we were so courteously welcomed by the reception staff. We arrived a few hours before check-in and were expecting to only leave our bags and explore the area a little. The staff were able to get us into our room 3 hours earlier, so that we could freshen up and rest a little. This was the first sign of how staff went out of their way for guests.
The room itself was beautiful. Very spacious, clean and airy. We had no issues with he room, and found the beds extremely comfortable. Other parts of the hotel, such as the pool and spa, were the same.
We had a number of requests throughout our stay, such as an iron and ironing board or a kettle. Staff responded quickly to these requests and provided what we needed.
The hotel itself is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to take a walk. We walked to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, and found places to eat not far from the hotel. We used the Metro once, and that was to visit the Colosseum.
We found the service at the hotel to be impeccable. I cannot stress this enough. A special mention to Alessandro (I hope I spelt this correctly). He was so helpful, and nothing ever seemed to be an issue for him. I wish him all the best.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. I know that some people find that the hotel does not match the cost, but I feel that the location, service and amenities justify the cost. I would definitely stay here again.
