Friendly Satff but a bad experience. Friendly staff and a nice location. Sleeping was uncomfortable because of the bad and very old bed mattress. I could feel the springs entering my back and I could not sleep comfortably.
When I booked the room, I requested a non-smoking room, but unfortunately my room was a smoking room. The hotel manager changed my room after two days, but unfortunately it was also a smoking room, but with less smoke smell.

Passable. The breakfast was nice,. The entrance is the same for the hotel as the Cafe. When the Cafe is full of people smoking shisha, watching TV, we have to enter and pass through them to reach the elevator to get to the room. Not suitable for modest women who have to get in and out by passing through a crowded Cafe of smoking men. The hotel is permeated with the shisha smoke. The smoke goes up the stairs and enters the rooms from under the doors. I had to block the underneath of the door with a cloth to stop the smoke from entering the room. When brought to the attention of the staff, they did do a deep cleaning of the room but couldn't refund us for the other days as we wanted to leave. Not suitable for anyone with allergies or sinuses. We were forced to stay there as the payments were already taken out from our card..

Overall it was a pleasure.. The location is great, near bus stop and metro station. The property is clean and well maintained. The manager, Develet upgraded my room without charges. It offers a good value for money.. Nothing.
