For one night it was fine.. Good location, best view from the terrace, very comfortable bed. Staff was not attentive, waited long even though it was not busy, breakfast can be improved with more seasonal and good quality instead of everything and bad quality..

Floor that makes noise when you walk inside.

Exceptional. The location right next to Galata Tower is very convenient. It is also a very short walk from the metro station.
The staff is very helpful, and the room was very comfortable.
We also got a free upgrade from the deluxe room to the executive suite. It also included a bag with some information about the Galata area, and some turkish delights.. It is a bit odd that you need to go and ask the staff for drinks (water, juice, tea) for breakfast..
