very poorly maintained room and facilities, smelly bathroom and broken chandelier hanging overhead. Close to ODTÜ. The toilet was very smelly. The shower cabin was leaking water to the bathroom floor. After taking shower, the bathroom floor was almost flooded. Asked the reception to fix it, but they weren't able to.
The chandelier in the room was half broken, with one of the three arms almost falling. Given that this was exactly over the bedroom, we were extremely worried about sleeping under a broken chandelier which could fall any time on us. Overall the room was not maintained properly at all.
We also tried the restaurant in the last floor - the food was nice, but the service was extremely poor, as there was only one person working there and it was extremely hard to order or even ask for the bill, as the person was apparently attending other duties. I should also mention that we were the only guests there for a lateish lunch, but since the restaurant is advertised to be open, it was not the service quality we were expecting. In the end after waiting for almost half an hour to get the bill and not getting it, we left a note with the reception about adding the bill to our room..
