Don't hesitate, you will be pleased. Location is just a few minutes walk from collaseum Keep to the right of the main road for the view from the park. And for me in an amazingly quiet area. Not a sound from the street.
Impressed that reception put the air con heater to make my room snug! Also invited to checkin really early.
2 bottles of water included.
Great breakfast choice. Ham cheese cereal one sweetcake and sliced bread and salad items. Only fruit& natural yoghurt missing!. Loo seat needs fixing!.

Good stay, thank you!. Staff were SO friendly, kind, and welcoming. Absolutely lovely ladies! Location is good. Comfortable bed, hot water and good pressure in shower, strong AC, fast WiFi.. Walls were quite thin, could hear neighbours in next room and people in hallway. Room is quite small and cramped. Fridge is just a wine fridge and does not get cold..

Very good. It’s a 15-minute walk to the colosseum. You can take the metro from Termini to Manzoni station, which is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. We walked from termini to the hotel, and it took about 20-25 minutes walk. I recommend taking the train instead. Staff were kind and the room was great.. Nothing.

It was ok. My stay was OK.
The room ..... no comments.
The bed..... highly uncomfortable. The single bed was so narrow, if I turned O would fall off.
It was stuck suffocatingly against the wall.
The water from the shower was all over the toilet.
However, the staff were really helpful.
The night duty person forgot to return my ID , and exhausted as I was I forgot too. Adriana found it the next morning and called me,she was very helpful and made it easy for me to return to the hotel and get it.. .

Nice in general, but there are some things to be improved.. The neighborhood is pretty safe, not far from the Metro station.
The receptionist during check-in was super friendly and cute. Her English was excellent. We had a small talk, she answered all our questions, and helped with our luggage.
The room on the second floor was really clean and nice. There was a kettle and a fridge. There were various shower gels, a wash hat, etc., in the bathroom.. Breakfast was basic with bread, ham, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, and cereal with yogurt.
A woman didn’t offer us any coffee and was talking about her work with a woman from the reception, so after some time, I went to ask for two coffees. There were pastries, but unfortunately, the croissants weren’t fresh. Additionally, there were some eggs in an egg cooker, but they were still being cooked and not yet served.
The hair dryer worked for 2 minutes before overheating and needed a 2-minute cooldown to use again..

Very good. Used the room only to sleep over, not much time spent in it, Among the things I liked is the bed was nice and location quite good.. There was a strange smell from the toilet, and the breakfast could have been better.
