Feeling at home. Location is perfect, here you can get to know real Istanbul, its authentic atmosphere , narrow cobbled streets. The staff is friendly and always welcoming. A steep climb to the tram stop can be a problem for some travellers.

Good. The people working there were really kind and helpful. The room was clean and cozy (true to the photos) and the hotel itself is in the central part of the city.. The only disadvantage is that I felt a bit unsafe in this part of the city centre..

Very nice and well thought out hotel.. The nice and clean place at the heart of the city’s historic downtown. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.. Some facilities need a proper maintenance like electricity and water pumps (I lived on the 5th and last floor)..
