Worst stay ever !!!. The staff are friendly and the room was ok. The elevator was not working for 5 days and our rooms were on the 2nd and 1st floor. My mom struggled to get to her room on a daily basis. Internet is also not working even when I go down to the lobby it’s very slow and it doesn’t even reaches to the 2nd floor. We kept on informing the staff about it but no one fixed the issue. There were also no telephones in our room to call the reception or room service so if u need anything u will need to leave ur room and head down to the lobby..

Good. The location was perfect, and the bed was comfortable. Plus the bathroom was clean.. Unfortunately, we have found a cockrouch 😐. Plus, no isolation... it was noisy that we could literally hear everyone, and everyone heard us..

Great location, comfortable bed and rooms. Recommended to book for connecting rooms for people more than 3 persons. Its. Strategic location. Near to Hagia sophia and tram station. Very helpful and friendly staff.. I book for suite room but the room not cleaned properly. The trash still on the floor with the used toothpick from previous resident. Complaint was made and we got to change the room..

Very nice place to stay in the heart of Istanbul!. Perfect location, stunning view, excellent restaurant, very friendly and eager to help stuff. Definitely will be back here:). A bit dusty room and also met a cockroach in a bathroom..

Great stay in Istanbul.. Very close to hagia sofia, blue mosque, grand bazaar and others.
Plenty of eateries to enjoy from. One at the rooftop is overlooking the sea.
Room was great and clean.. Not trash can outside of bathroom..

Good hotel in a great location.. Friendly welcome. Clean and comfortable. It is in such a good location. We didn’t need to get any transport once we had arrived as all the sights were walkable. Mohammad gave us lots of information about where to go and offered to help if we wanted recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants.. We were next to the lift so could here people coming and going; however it didn’t interfere with our sleep. We thought about having a drink at the roof top bar/restaurant but there was a big advertisement awning hanging across part of the window and some of the seating there was closed off which was a shame. So we didn’t eat or drink at the hotel and chose elsewhere. But again it didn’t really interfere with our stay to any great extent..

My stay at Aya Sultanahmet Hotel was truly exceptional, offering a fantastic experience from start to finish.. I really enjoyed how close the hotel was situated it was within walking distance to all the main mosques, and attractions. Staff was very friendly and very welcoming and attentive.. N/A.
