Worst hotel and service I've ever been. Worst hotel and service I've ever received.
I got there on Sunday morning (11am), with a group of people from work. I came from far, would only stay for 4 nights and had a work event all day long, during 3 days. It was hot and the air conditioner was not working, so I asked them to fix it, and they said there was nothing they could do on Sunday.
Then I spend one night with almost no sleep, with the windows opened despite the loud noise in the streets outside.
In the next day they changed my room - and again the air conditioner was not working, and they wanted me to wait more - so of course I decided to leave, since the hotel did not deliver what it promised and I needed to get some rest, and so I had all the trouble moving and finding another place, in the middle of an exausting day of work.
When talking over the phone and in person with the hotel manager he said I could be reimbursed, but this was not what happened > they refused to give my money back and I ended up having to spend twice the amount I was planning in a hotel.
I would not recomend this hotel to anyone, the quality is terrible and the service is even worse.. .

Great value for money and a really clean and friendly place to stay after exploring an amazing city. Highly recommended. Great hotel tucked away from the main road, lovely clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff
Great selection for breakfast and a few minutes walk to the Vatican and to the metro stations as is in between Cipro and Ottiavano stations
