Exceptional. Very affordable price,very spacious room with all the necessary , daily cleaning service if requested and the breakfast that was included was good quality and a vast variety.
The stuff was really kind and helpful.
The location was perfect due to the access of different public transportation stops like Shishane metro station, Tophane tram station and in general very close to Taksim square.. .

Superb. Great location, close to tram and metro, comfortable bed, good breakfast and polite staff.. The floors in the room are very thin and squeaky, so you can hear everything. People above us were walking non-stop and after a while you really wonder why they are walking so much..

Very nice place to stay in Istanbul. Nice hotel in a very nice place of Istanbul, 200 m from one of the most important commercial street of the city and 10 min walking from Taksim square. Room was big and full of comforts. Very nice staff.. Breakfast room is a little bit undersized and miss some sweet food. The hotel is on an uphill road, could be a problem for people with mobility difficulties.

Great stay. Great front desk employees. It was clean and comfortable. For that money you couldn't get more! Great place. Heating works well if needed.
We will come back.. Dear host, bins and toilet paper should be checked each day..

Good stay. We liked the breakfast, which had good tasty options. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. We were travelling with 2 kids, and the triple room was sufficient for us.. The Internet connectivity in our room was slow and better in some parts of the room.
Our toilet flush wasn't working properly when we arrived. We called the staff who were able to fix it for the night, but we had to tell them again the next morning to get a more permanent solution.
The hot water in the shower was also a bit sporadic..
