A good choice for those who plan to spend time exploring the city and its sights.. Good location, as there is a metro line, a marmaray, and two tram lines within walking distance.
It's clean, with two towels provided per person, and there was even shampoo, though we used our own. The shower, sink, and hairdryer are in working order.
There is a small fridge and a table.
The bed is wide and comfortable.
You are given a key to the front door, so you can come and go whenever you like.. The lighting is quite dim. It's not a problem for the bedroom, but it would be better to have white light in the bathroom.
The small sink is not very convenient.
However, these are not major issues, just things that could be improved..

2 star hotel worth your money. The hotel is really close to a train that goes right to sirkeci, next to eminonu, close to the subway and marmaray. At a 10 min walk to aksaray, where you can find the t1 tramway and many more buses. It is also great located in terms if places to eat and shop. I recoomend staying at this hotel, just consider it is a 2 star hotel and keep your expectations low.. The sorrounding area is not so renovated and may look not so good, but we felt safe nonetheless! We had 2 rooms, one on the 2nd floor ok, and one down below, which was not ok because of the smell, even if it was cheaper than the other one.

Poor. It was affordable. Small rooms, ours was in the basement seems like, basically no windows, you need to ask for toilet paper, towels because they dont change them, the ceiling is peeling off. We were asking for earlier checkin and got no reply two times. The location was not nice but atleast its near the train station.
