Right in the heart of it all!. What a great experience! The staff from the reception to the manager himself are absolutely wonderful. Extremely informative and welcoming. If you want to be in the heart of it all be sure to stay here it’s right in the thick of it all for that authentic Istanbul experience. Rooms are well equipped and shower was great with heated tiles for the colder season.. .

I want to complain about fraud as the hotel is cheating customers through the Agoda app. The hotel’s name is Meretto Hotel. The address is Kemalpasa Mahallesi Salimpasa Sok. No: 25/27 Laleli - Fatih / ISTANBUL.
I bought a standard room from them with amenities above the basement, but they cheat customers and send them to the basement. They use the name of another intermediary organization named Hotelbeds and say they are making reservations. Thus, the client remains deceived and the money is not returned.
If the customer even shows their order through Agoda, they use a completely different booking from another company.
I’ve never experienced this kind of cheating and problem in other countries. In Japan, Italy and France we always had the same room as in pictures, described features of the room. Here in Istanbul, they lie and do not help customers at all.. .

Great location, cleanliness and staff. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, connected to Yeni Kapi exchange, tram and buses to the airport. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, exceeding my expectations. A special thanks to the staff, especially Khurshid, who went above and beyond to ensure a great stay—super friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend this place, and I would definitely stay here again!. .
