Comfortable convenient lication. The location close to the ferry was very convenient. The rooms were modern and clean.. The breakfast room in the basement was a bit soul-less but the Turkish breakfast was good. Personally I would have liked a bit of fruit with it but that is just a personal preference..

Excellent stay, met expectations and more. Excellent location, very close to water bus, shops, restaurants, a few steps literally. Food outlets open all the time day and night.
Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Ladies serving breakfast were also very friendly, above and beyond to make experience enjoyable.
Breakfast was fine to set us up for day of exploring the other side of Istanbul.
Water bus was brilliant, used it each day. Bang on time, regular and great experience to take in the lovely views.
Hotel was spotlessly clean and furnishings of good standard. Bed comfortable.
Felt lovely and safe.. The only reason i dropped the score to 9 was because of interrupted sleep due to outside noise in the street. Our room was on the front. This was on two of the three nights of our stay, pretty much all night on and off various noises. People shouting, singing, cleaning constantly. It didnt bother us too much as we was only there for a short stay and was completely out of the hotels control. Its a busy street and nothing the hotel can do about that. Would stay again but would request a room on the back..

Excellent location, polite and friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. The location of this hotel is excellent! It’s just a 3-5 minute walk to the bus station where Havaist coaches from both airports stop and it’s also close to the Kadıköy ferry station providing easy access to the European side. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly always ready to assist with anything you needed. Breakfast was also great. While it’s not a buffet, they serve you a plate with pastries, jam, honey and more along with a warm breakfast of your choice. They’ll also bring you juice, tea or coffee on request. The rooms were also clean and well-maintained.. The room was a bit small for two people and somewhat expensive for this type of hotel compared to similar ones in the area likely due to its location. Personally, I would prefer a buffet style breakfast on the top floor with natural light rather than in the basement but that’s just a personal preference..
