Best place to stay for those wishing to enjoy historic old Istanbul. Valeria and her colleagues were extremely attentive friendly and helpful at all times, the food was excellent, we were given great advice on places to visit and restaurants to choose. Check-out was very efficient. The location of the hotel is the best in Istanbul for travellers wishing to walk to ancient places and the very efficient (albeit challenging) tram is close by. The hotel is a very popular place for local people to enjoy tea, coffee or a glass of wine with delicious cakes on the footpath outside the entrance and in the foyer, which lends a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere to the hotel.. The weather! although after two rainy days we had good sunshine..
