. Highly recommend the Royan, everything about this hotel was perfect. Best place we’ve stayed at. Staff were amazing, very helpful, room was immaculate and cleaned beautifully everyday, special towels and curtains. Everything was in walking distance, safe and convenient, food and coffee excellent. Shower was superb, decor lovely. So well situated, great view at breakfast. Staff were 10 out of 10. Thank you.. .

. I have just returned from my 2nd visit to Royan Hotel Hagia Sophia in 6 months. For me this hotel is undeniably the best hotel in Sultanahmet From my arrival to departure I can say I was treated in such a friendly and professional manner by all staff. The hotel is immaculately clean, bedroom was so comfortable and the unlimited free tea was amazing. A couple of staff deserve a special mention; Merve (housekeeping) is such a friendly smiley girl who is so hardworking and serviced my room beautifully each day. I loved that she allowed me to practice what little Turkish I had with her. An absolute gem of an employee who carries her job out with the utmost professionalism Servet (reception) remembered me from my previous visit and was extremely welcoming when I met him. Loved that he would arrange for me to have Turkish tea with him before I retired to bed at night and our conversations are a memory I will treasure. He is just such a friendly gentleman and also the little touch of giving me a gift of Turkish tea to bring home was just precious. I honestly cannot waiting plan my return trip later this year and highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Istanbul. Thank you, yet again, to all the team at Royan Hotwl Hagia Sophia for an unforgettable stay . .

. The staff at the Royan are lovely and very helpful! Rooms are lovely and clean. Yummy fruit basket waiting for me upon arrival and thank you gift when I left. Great place to stay!! Very close to tram and walking distance to most of the big tourist locations! . .

The staff at the Royan Hotel were amazing, our luggage was lost during our connecting flight and the staff were very helpful making multiple phone calls and following up till they got our luggage to us. They always have a smile on their face and love to help you anyway they can. Amazing time at the Royan!. .

. The staff were amazing. There tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible. They were very helpful. Although, our room was smaller, it sure was clean. The hotel was very aesthetic. The breakfast buffet with the view was phenomenal. Where do you find a breakfast buffet that serves fresh honeycomb? It was my first time to have been served that. The hotel is close to most tourist sites, very much walkable. You won't get hungry as there are many restaurants and stores nearby. No gym though, but, it's not a priority of ours to be at. Overall, a 5⭐️ for me.. .

Excellent stay. Excellent stay at royan ,friendly staff from the time you enter till you leave,shout out to Fatih who always had a smile on his face . Rooms are spacious and sea view room is good.Breakfast on the terrace is excellent.Friendly cleaning staff especially Fatma .Close to all the tourist sites with hagia sophia just steps away .Will definitely come back .. .
