Amazing. I loved everything about Villa Zaccardi from the friendly driver that picked us up at the airport. The hotel staff were amazing, kind always above and beyond helpful and very friendly . The cleanliness was exceptional. They organised a cake and Prosecco for my 60th birthday. Thank you for making my birthday stay with family and friends so special 😘. Nothing.

Exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily care from the staff. Towels and bed sheets were changed every day, which we really appreciated. The staff was always polite and helpful, and the breakfast was rich and very satisfying. We would definitely choose it again!. .

One of a kind stay in Roma!. We left knowing that we will have to come back. Thank you for the great hospitality. We loved everything. Had so many memories. We can't wait to come back! • Staff - everybody was so kind and exceptional!! Very impressive. Location - tram #8 is available right in front of the hotel. Passes through Trastevere on your way to historic city center. Breakfast - very good breakfast and fresh cappuccino available every morning. Again, staff is very attentive to get you anything you ask.. .

Superb. The staff was very accommodating and helped us check-in earlier. They also helped us arrange pick up and drop off to the airport. They provided us with general Rome sites information. They also welcomed my 3 year old and were family friendly.. .
