Very good. Very nice clean room. When I was booking it was said that breakfast is included, when we arrived I was told breakfast is not included. Very disappointed.

Next to train rail and noises, otherwise all good with friendly staff, great breakfast, clean and good facilities.. Very friendly staff, clean, good facilities, great breakfast.. The only negative (and reason for one less point for location/comfortable) is the train-rail being located just next to the window making very loud noises both late at night and early morning. Otherwise liked the hotel..

If you're looking for the perfect accommodation to explore Istanbul, scroll no further. We had a wonderful couple of days here at the end of December. I would like to highlight a few things about the accommodation:
First of all, I would like to mention the location of the hotel: Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque about 10 minutes walk. Grand Bazaar maximum 20-25 minutes walk. There are many restaurants nearby, our favourite, less popular restaurant was also a 10 min walk. Supermarkets, shops are also a few minutes walk away.
The second point is the cleanliness of the room. Perfect cleanliness, attention to every little detail, high five to the staff.
The third and most important point is Alper, who works tirelessly day and night to keep his guests happy. Thank you for your work and help, the White palace Hotel would not be the same without you.. -.
