Very noisy around the hotel, the room was compact and needed refreshing, very basic accommodation couldn’t see myself st. Good location close to taksim square. Noisy and basic accommodation.

The stay could have been much better. It was not good enough to decide to continue our stay here.. It was not too far from shopping area but it was difficult for taxis to come in and out, which a few cancelled due to the narrow street and blocked roads. It had its own bathroom. The check in was very delayed for a few hours and we were given access around 6pm. It seemed a bit disorganized. The cleaner came in late to prepare the room also. It was a long day and we needed rest so it was a high inconvenience. It's almost like they were not expecting us and it didn't feel so welcoming. The owner or manager complained about the price booked despite us having a conversation before when I visited prior to. He wanted to downgrade to a standard room on a higher floor at a higher price and called it a deluxe and it wasn't. He also knew we required the room downstairs based on a prior conversation before booking. It seemed like dishonesty and bad business dealing. The day before I checked the hotel for booking, there was a fight down the street near to the hotel. There's an old and dilapitaded building right next to and opposite the building, so it's difficult to tell what or who may be loitering in the area. The cleaner came into the room unauthorized although all staff were informed that no one should come in unless we were present. It was very uncomfortable to hear this after the fact. The internet was extremely poor especially the last 3 days when it was completely off causing inconvenience to work, call a taxi etc. Other buildings in the area had internet during this time. They didn't offer an apology and said it will come back on the day of departure. The internet was a huge inconvenience which caused us to walk out to the street to manage our day-to-day affairs and also caused missed opportunities and delays in arrangements. Although the website claims wheelchair friendly, it is not. There are stairs at the entrance which require a few man power to support. It was very uncomfortable as the owner or manager smokes inside and the basement and office desk is directly opposite the lower floor room. I found it disrespectful for the smoking to continue after asking to stop as we are non smokers and prioritize our....

Very good. Overall good budget hotel, good location, not the best i have seen but still ok. Stayed there for 5 nights.. Bad wifi.

Avoid this district.. It was cheap and close to taksim square.. The neighbourhood is really bad and dangerous. The hotel owner did not inform us to go to a paid parking instead he made us pay way more money to the local neighbour kinda mafias.

Superb. Location is the best! You can get a lot of sightseeing by walking. Our room was on the roof 🥰 it was so impressive. Very clean apartment 👌🏻. We have to wait an hour to get the room and got it at 3 pm only. It was so annoying with kids and after the night flight. Just because stuff could not finish cleaning at time. If you going to get the largest room on the roof be prepared to save your kids from ladder. Stairs starts downward exactly at the middle of the room..
