Exactly what it intends to do. well-located, friendly staff
I needed a central place to stay for 1 night and a few hours to sleep.
Did not need anything fancy, just a clean room - and its what I got!
So for what I was looking for, it was great.
If you are looking for a hotel with comfort and amenities- that is not your address. .

Very good. The location is perfect for us. Lots of restaurants and French bakeries are around. Close to Grand Boulevards and famous covered passages. It’s in walking distance to Grand Opera and famous Galeries Lafayette. Not far from Gare du Nord and at the same time not the railway station area, so, obviously, it’s more safe. Few metro stations are also around, so it’s very convenient to go anywhere.
Also there is Banksy museum next door and part of the exhibition you can see inside the hotel for free.. There is no door or curtain in the shower, so when you take a shower all the water is on the floor. For someone it’s not a problem, but for us it is inconvenient. The room does have a heater (which is working really well), but there is no A/C, so if the summer is very hot it will be quite difficult to sleep at night (I know for sure as we stayed at this hotel couple of years ago in the summer).

Hidden Gem in Paris. The decor was fabulous, the staff were also enthusiastic and helpful throughout. Nothing we didn't like.
