Horrible customer service. Had a family trip planned to Turkey. We were denied boarding by an Airline due to them overbooking the flight and therefore could not make it to the hotel.
We contacted them a day before arrival to cancel the reservation which they did but then refuse to refund the charges already made.. .

Great. It was a very pleasant experience. First of all, we arrived at the hotel in the morning at 5 AM. The communication was excellent, and we were greeted with a warm, welcoming, and clean room. It was exactly what we needed for a successful city break. I recommend it.. Everything was okay.

Great experience overall - Thank you Santa Rio. I really liked the service from the staff, they were so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and decent.
The distance to istiklal was only 5 minutes which was very convenient.. Nothing that I can think of.
