Extremely satisfying. The room and the service has been much more satisfying than expected. The room can be cleaned every day if you ask for it and there is a mini boiler over the mini fridge in order to prepare your coffee or tea if you like. The hotel is near the metro station Osmanbey but it' s an uphill road that leads to it. The hotel has an elevator and it functions, which I find very important because many buildings in Istanbul neither have an elevator nor it works!!! The receptionist Eyüp is a very gentle and friendly young man that has tried to solve every problem we had.. The main problem has been the plumbing of the bathroom. We had to put towels below the lavatory and the shower. Eyüp has called a plumber but may be the problem is much more difficult than expected and couldn' t be solved during our stayment..

Great value for money room at a good location. Value for money, cleanliness and location.. Staff didn't speak much English. We arrived early but they didn't accommodate. Tv had no English channels working..

Ok for one night. Reception guy doesn’t speak English, but he’s very polite and adroit. No parking Lot, no English speakers, water leak from toilet seat.

Good. The bed was really comfy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Close to the Istanbul Congress Centre as well as cafes and restaurants. It was a bit dated. Location was somewhat in a shabby part of the city. To get to the main street you have to walk up a very steep slope for about 100m.
