COLD AND NO HOT WATER!!!. It was clean, that’s the only good part. COLD AND NO HOT WATER!!! First, we were asked to pay an additional fee of 36EUR for 3 days/2 persons, not explaining how it’s calculated and only giving us a handwritten note?! Then, for two days in a row the heating system in the room didn’t work, it was freezing cold and also there was no hot water. We were freezing for two days. We have informed the staff several times, but they told us that all they can do is give us a blanket?! and change our room on the third day because everything is full. No option to repair the system, nothing. Not to mention there was no iron in the hotel, one pair of towels in a double room, etc. This was unbearable. The only refund we got from Booking was less than 10%, which is a joke having in mind what we’ve experienced!.

Very good. Decent size room for price I paid I got what I needed a bead and shower. Location Is good aswell close to main station.. Sink was cracked apart of that nothing much.

The stay would have been even better, had the building owner, since there were multiple hotels on that building, timeous. Proximity to Railway Station. Lifts were not working for entire duration of our stay and having to navigate stairs for several flights was annoying after spending much time walking during the day visiting the various tourist sites..

Booking.com should take corrected actions on the misleading information and rating of the hotel.. Don’t book this hotel. Nothing is good except the location. 3 minutes walk to the Rome main train station.. Sewage blocked and no action taking after we reported.
Electric outlet left hanging on the wall with a fan plug into it.
They don’t care about your safety.
It should be a 0 star guest house. Should not be a 3 stars hotel..
