Avoid at all costs. Disgusting experience left and left immediately.. AVOID at all costs. The images are not at all what the rooms look like. There are stains on the carpets, the rooms are dated, old and falling apart. The bathroom is extremely small and broken tiles + plaster smears on the walls. The room was dark and just disgusting. The building was also under construction with entry was obstructed. The manager is quite frankly the rudest person I’ve met. Denying our complaints while the check-in man was nice there wasn’t anything he could do against her vile composure. I left immediately after seeing the room and they wouldn’t refund or offer anything. Horrible experience left me in a bad way financially and emotionally.. .

Good, shame about the noise.. A quick getaway in Paris as amazingly it was cheaper than staying in the UK! I chose it as it was very close to Gare Du Nord. Nowhere in Paris is perfect as it somewhat depends on what someone is there to see. The two closest sites are Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur within half hour walk. The price is good when booked in advance. If the breakfast is included accept it but do not pay extra for it as there are many places to eat nearby which will work out cheaper. They offer bag storage. Staff are mainly very friendly with the only downside being 'some' breakfast staff who didn't seem very happy in their roles. We stayed in room 100. My advice to the hotel is to let other guests know the room is there. The noise we had to tolerate was unacceptable but my feeling is because guests had no idea there was a room on the ground floor and it is the only one. We were disturbed up to at least midnight. We had to ask for them to open a mobility friendly door to allow a mobility scooter in the building which they were happy to do but, not much use when trying to get in! Room was comfortable though despite the noise. It was also services after each night. Just one pillow each which we found was enough but I guess someone would need to ask if they wanted two. The picture of a waiting area with a sink is effectively right next to room 100 but the door cannot be seen hence why so much noise.. .

. We got the room on the 6th floor which was a bit dated but it did the job. Cleanliness could be improved as there was someone else’s hair on the bathroom floor and blood on the door. Location was convenient to the train station. . .

Great Location But Needs Modernising . Great wee boutique hotel within a 5 minute walk of the Gare Du Nord train station (the Charles Du Gaulle airport is connected to this station also). Tickets into the city centre are £1.90 single per person, so it's close enough to reach everything quickly and easily, but not in the typical tourist busy area. The hotel itself does need some refurbs done and the thin walls make it very noisy but the staff and location more than make up for that. The beds are quite hard and there is no air con. So be prepared to sleep with the windows open (bathroom too helped) but be aware the city "wakes up" very early... Great wee restaurants and bars nearby (shout out to Romy's). All in all a fab wee hotel which lends itself to a reasonable priced stay in a fairly expensive city. . .

Cozy hotel at convenient location. This is a small hotel at a convenient location 5 minutes of walking away from Gare Du Nord and within walking distance of Sacre Cœur. As we are from the US, it was beyond my expectation that the accommodations are so small here. The toilet was tiny and in a separate room with the shower AND the sink (so you have to walk out of the toilet with your dirty hands to wash your hands in the bathroom, which is kinda weird to me). The room is smaller than all hotel rooms I’ve been to in the US, but it brought cozy vibe so it’s ok. The area is safe with 24/7 front desk. Staff are friendly and helpful.. .

Prima locatie, verschrikkelijke bedden, te klein. Hotel heeft een goede centrale locatie. Voor een koppel zijn de bedden verschrikkelijk, het zijn twee kleine bedden naast elkaar geschoven die snachts constant uit elkaar gaan. De kamer is erg klein, we hadden 150 euro extra voor een balkon (4 nachten betaald), t had wat, maar beweegruimte was er niet. Het hotel is erg gehorig, je hoort je buren seks hebben, fijn voor hen, minder als je probeert te slapen. Bij aankomst, moest ik, ondanks dat het volledige bedrag vooraf betaald was en mijn credit card bekent is in het systeem van Hotels.com, een reservering op mijn kaart van 140 euro laten plaatsen, je zal maar geen credit card hebben. Overigens verbleven wij niet in het Lennon Hotel maar kregen we een kaartje voor het Avalon hotel. De lift van de lobby naar boven is erg ouderwets en traag, trek er de tijd voor uit om naar je kamer te gaan. De badkamer had opzich een goede douche maar leek wel uit de jaren 90 te stammen. Onze gootsteen bleef constant overlopen door verstopping, maar vanwege gebrek aan wil daar niet over geklaagd. Al met al een matig hotel met een prima locatie. De staf was OK, sommige erg aardig, andere de onaardigheid zelve. . .
