. Absolutely appalling. The worst hotel experience I have ever had.
The water supply was cut off, and in the evening we had to wait nearly an hour just to get a shower. When the water finally came on, it was only scalding hot — impossible to use without burning yourself. The next morning, there was no water at all, so we were forced to leave without even being able to shower.
The staff offered no reasonable explanation whatsoever. For the price I paid, I could have stayed in a proper 5-star hotel. Instead, my money was completely wasted and my holiday was ruined.
This place is a disgrace and I strongly advise everyone to stay away.. .

Very nice hotel with good facilities, and friendly and professional staff.. Beautiful modern hotel just a 15 minute walk from the old town. Extremely comfortable bed. The staff were always friendly, polite and attentive, especially the young people in the bar/restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again, and recommend it to anyone visiting.. Our only negative point, is that breakfast was just average - this lets the hotel down, because everything else is excellent..

The building is very old an tacky, it definitely needs an update, The room condition was not so clean, it was very worn out and had very old and stiff towels and also had old and dirty looking pillows.. When I booked this hotel, I was expecting to see a city and a river view, but instead, we got a view of the fields but no city or river view. The only positive part of the whole hotel, was their swimming pool a friendly staff. . .
