Our usual calm experience. The hotel is lovely. Staff helpful and friendly and a great location when visiting Paris. Rooms are clean, comfortable and everything works(not to said of other hotels we’ve stayed in.)

Paris tax was also crazy. The staffs were amazing ,room service quite amazing. The breakfast was quite normal, not wow!! Most of the staff not really looked were fresh prepared apart from fresh juice..

hidden charges are not expected from a 4 star hotel. holding my bag for me for the day and re-booking me into the hotel the next day in a better room. The free hours of the spa is just before check out time, so that is not clear on the website and does not leave much time to enjoy the spa. This information is not included in the advertising.

Excellent. As always, excellent service and facilities. Every member of staff we encountered was smiling and cheerful.
Breakfast is served from very early to lazily late.
For dinner there are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes’ walk.
My tip is to ask for a room with street view and an upper floor.. .
