Poor. The cleaners try to keep the space clean, they come every day, change towels, tidy up the rooms. The reception - along with the cleaners, is the only positive thing in the hotel. Very helpful and ready to help in any situation as much as they can.. In the pictures the rooms look bigger than they really are. If you take an economy room, be prepared for the fact that you don't have wardrobes, but in the already narrow space you will keep your suitcases on the floor and jump over them to get in/out. I would draw the attention of the hotel to also upload realistic pictures regarding the windows and the view. In the pictures, the windows seem covered but decent, while on the spot your view is into the ventilation system or into another building - meaning no light. In our room, the air conditioner did not work, and for the 7 days spent, it was not repaired until the 6th day (the day before departure), or maybe it wasn't even then - we didn't test it. The walls of the hotel are thin, so you can perfectly hear what anyone is doing. House rules are not respected, so you are like at the station all day and night. The breakfast that all guests receive is buffet-style, very meager. To the extent that we came across moldy bread, so after that we didn't even have breakfast there..

Please avoid at all costs. When I arrived at the hotel around midnight, the entrance was locked. Had to knock several times to wake up the reception staff who was asleep on the sofa near the restaurant area. He appeared to be intoxicated. Didn't know what to do with my passport and also forgot to give me the room key on arrival. The room walls were so thin that I could here the noise and every conversation in the room next door. Shower was so small I could hardly stand in it. I had booked an excursion one of the days and was being picked up at 8.15am. Breakfast should have been served 8am sharp but this was not the case and I could not have breakfast. As a result I had to buy breakfast separately. The staff was late, breakfast items such as bread had not been delivered etc. I was accused of not making payment on day 3 of my stay despite reception staff giving me the key on arrival when I reminded him. Please beware when providing card details on sites such as Agoda. These details are passed to hotels who I suspect pass these details to fraudsters. £125 was taken out of my account. This also happened to another card of mine when I visited Turkey previously. Use a card for Turkey that you don't use for regular payments, standing orders or direct debits and ensure the card is freezed (ie it can't be used unless you defrost or unfreeze it) using the bank app. Be very careful in Turkey with your bank cards and cash. Try to make cash payment as much as possible and withdraw cash in your country of origin rather than using atm machines in Turkey.. .

DISAPPOINTED . The hotel room was alarmingly diminutive, creating a stifling and suffocating ambiance. The cramped quarters not only restricted movement but also elicited a sense of claustrophobia, making the stay far from enjoyable. To compound matters, the toilet facilities were shockingly unsanitary. The unclean state of the toilet, teetering on the brink of squalor, was not only off-putting but also raised serious concerns about hygiene standards. This unfortunate combination of limited space and subpar cleanliness severely detracted from the overall quality of the accommodation, leaving a lasting negative impression.. .
