Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking.. I was greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and stocked.. I wish instant coffee was available in the room.

Better do not have a car, because there is private parking behind and its too crowed of cars.. .

Fantastic stay 10/10. Refurbished rooms. Great location, near metro and trams. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning wasn’t great but we could open the window instead..

I would recommend it. Good location. English speaking staff 24 hours present. The electronic device whereby you indicated whether you want your room cleaned could be explained better
There were no manual on how to reset the code on the safe.

Really quite good value - but an expensive taxi ride to the centre if you have sciatica!. The hotel was really good value. Quite a walk from central Istanbul but clean and comfortable. Some staff were great, others very persistent about selling unwanted excursions. Even phoning us in our room to offer discounts. Quite discomforting.. .

Good location if you want to experience Laleli market and do shopping.. It is close to sea shore and fish market where you can have good and fresh fish. It is also around 1km from metro station. it is close to Laleli shopping bazaar. The hotel is mainly surrounded by cargo companies and traders.. .

Poor. . The receptionist wanted me to pay in cash instead of by credit card when he saw that I had cash on me. "You have cash, cash is better". I insisted on card payment. Not very helpful staff when asking where to buy the Istanbul card or where the nearest shop is. There was still pickled, smelly food in the fridge from the previous guest, and the carpet was crumbly. Not a nice place, but at least there was good access to the metro and bus. The pictures, especially of the building, are not true and are very exaggerated and with filters. Tiny room with 50cm of space to walk in front of and next to the bed. Shower about 50cm size..
