Lovely trip for a solo traveler. Great activities all free of charge including skincare workshop, bingo and cocktail class Very friendly staff Great room TV was great as you could cast from your phone Robes and slippers, shampoo, conditioner separated Only room for improvement is the food was slightly cold at the buffet and cocktails where a bit expensive at €13 each. .

Overall a nice weekend getaway. The hotel is clean and staff are very friendly ! There are many choices of restaurants which is nice. We had a great weekend break and it was very quiet.. .

Great location. This is really an exceptional hotel, its modern and very clean, great location. We stayed for 4 nights on a breakfast only basis. The room was large only issue was the glass toilet door (why do hotels do that!!). House keeping were discreet apart from the day we were checking out when they knocked the door at 9.30 (11 is checkout) we felt this a little pushy. Breakfast choice was v good, it did get very busy in the restaurant and trying to find english breakfast tea was a challenge. The was a robbery from a bali bed the one day we were by the pool which wasn't great. The pool area wasn't as clean as it could have been, one sunbed below our room had the same towel on it four days, day and night. there was also a cigarette end an a babywipe in the filter that sits on the side of the one pool. The entertainment wasn't much more than kareoke but enjoyable none the less. We had reason to ask at reception for 2 things (how do we book the bali bed being one) and they couldn't help which seemed odd. They only serve one rose wine on the menu and its terrible! Having said these negatives it really was a great spot and the pools are beautiful, the layout of the hotel is great. PS could someone put extra lights in the ladies loo by the lower floor lift?? Its pitch black!. .

Checkout day barge into room at 8:30am. 8:30am Sunday morning (checkout day). In bathroom heard knocking on door and loud voice a room or 2 away. Then a loud knock at my door - I got up and made myself presentable (just!) while my partner was in bed and then the person knocking and shouting at our door had the audacity to use her pass to come into the room to ask what time we were checking out. Appalling service.. .

Great stay!. The cocktail workshop was so fun and knowledgeable using the different types of cocktail shakers for each of the cocktails. I would highly recommend this. .

. We verbleven een week in Atzavara en in het algemeen hebben we er een mooie tijd gehad. Het hotel is heel stijlvol en de kamers zijn ruim. Ze werden elke dag grondig onderhouden door de housekeeping, wat we echt wisten te waarderen. Fijn ook dat er een combinatie van bad en douche is, want thuis hebben we geen bad. Het hotel heeft veel bars en gezellige plekken om iets te drinken. Soms sloten die echter vroeger dan aangekondigd of bleken ze onverwacht privé, waardoor je plots alleen nog in één bar terechtkon. Daar waren dan soms enkel natte stoelen beschikbaar of stond de muziek heel luid binnen. Qua personeel hadden we wisselende ervaringen: sommige medewerkers waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, anderen straalden eerder uit dat ze hier liever niet stonden. De zwembaden en ligplekken zijn een groot pluspunt: heel veel ruimte en geen gevecht om een bedje te vinden. Wel waren de meeste zwembaden behoorlijk koud; voor een vijfsterrenhotel zou lichte verwarming welkom zijn. Pas later ontdekten we dat er toch één warmer zwembad bestaat, maar dit staat nergens vermeld en is bovendien een pak kleiner. Begrijpelijk dat het daardoor rustiger blijft, maar het zou fijn zijn als alle zwembaden die aangename temperatuur hadden. De redders aan het zwembad zijn bovendien erg streng en er mag geen muziek gespeeld worden, wat de sfeer soms wat minder maakt. Ook de bediening aan de poolbar kan beter: het is niet duidelijk dat er eigenlijk maar één bar voor de zwembaden is, waardoor er l. .

. Très bon séjour, très bel hôtel, les repas sont bons surtout le petit déjeuner très complet. Seul bémol le SPA, pas terrible pour 20€ . .

Weekend break from Barcelona. - Check-in experience was slow but reception staff apologetic and we received a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. - Rooms are well appointed, but because of tiled floors and thin walls/ceilings you can hear scraping of furniture by guests late at night and by cleaners early mornings. The road behind the hotel where our room was facing was noisy at night, with drivers revving and speeding - maybe install speed bumps to discourage this? - Cleaners chatting loudly and shouting instructions to each other in the corridor and neighbouring rooms from 8 a.m. (during a weekend break, this is not ideal...) - Pool areas very nice, clean and a good number of sunbeds with umbrellas and efficient towel service. - Breakfast buffet good, with a good selection of hot and cold food, cheeses, fruits, juices and decent coffee. A shame it didn't extend slightly later at weekends. Dinner buffet had an excellent salad bar but was overall less impressive, with a limited number of vegetarian mains and overcooked seafood and meat dishes (my guess is much of the cooking was done from frozen given the texture). It was also a shame that "Botanic" didn't offer any vegetarian main courses, otherwise we would probably have tried that too. That said, the "Bali" restaurant was again excellent and well worth a visit. - Check out after 11 a.m. (a little early given check in is from 3 p.m.) not possible due to the arrival of a large group, but we were able to store luggage and use the pool facilities.. .
