On initial check in we were told that our room did not have window.... what hotel doesnt have windows?
The front desk then said they were going yo be "nice" enough and upgrade us. The room given was still tiny and needs some work.
What really put us over the top was that the aircon was shut off (mind you while still hot outside) and we had to strip the bed from all linen, sleep with the top sheet only and open the window.
Lastly, we tried organizing airport transfer and we had to pay in cash. This was the only option
Overall disappointed in the stay. .

Stylish & Comfortable. Wonderful experience. The hotel was located in a good spot. We could easily walk to many sights, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money and highly recommend. Food was delicious with both Turkish and international options.. .

Pro tip for parking: look for the public parking spaces from ISParking (300 TL/day) as they might be cheaper and there’s nobody moving your car around just like in some private parking lots.. .

Very good staff and service. I stayed at this hotel for one week.on the first day, i was placed in a very small room( i reserved a standard room not economy), but the staff were very accommodating and moved me to a better room.throughout my stay, the staff were consistenly excelent and privided great service.. .

dosso dossi hotels laleli review. . absolutely terrible, we slept in bedrooms without windows. what bedrooms have no windows? the rooms were small, bathroom was small and the lighting was so bad in the bathroom, they didn't change the bed sheets, they don't refill the shampoos, conditioner, shower gel and the lotion.
my sibling's room had a terrible smell on the first night, the carpet was drenched in water, we called the staff to change their room but he didn't do anything and he was rude.
the breakfast was mid, sometimes they served it cold, it was always bland, and you couldn't even choose what you wanted.
the only good thing about the hotel is the location, everything was near us.
(not all the staff were terrible some of them were nice but the others were so rude). .

Excellent breakfast! Incredible staff!. Perfect location with walking distance to the historical sights in Old Town and 100 meters to Laleli Tram Station.
The rooms are clean and amazingly quite.
The traditional Turkish breakfast is excellent.
The staff is incredible; they made great effort to make our trip perfect. This is our new favourite place in Istanbul.. .
