Exceptional. The property is located in the heart of Paris. Close to almost everything. We were there for our honeymoon and Mr.Edgar who is a customer relations manager was very friendly and super nice.
He offered a room upgrade on the top floor with huge windows and great view of Paris, plus a welcome champagne for us. We informed him our appreciation for his kindness but both of us don't drink alcohol. And so the hotel changed the complimentary champagne to a non-alcohol one for us. What a lovely surprise. Everything was so perfect and made our trip memorable. Not to mention a very cool design of the hotel as well. The friendliness of staff is remarkable. We will definitely stay here again.

Exceptional. The staff is so friendly, the breakfast delicious and had the biggest avocado toast I’ve ever had, excellent location and the view from the rooftop is extraordinary- you see all the big monuments!. Nothing, it was perfect!.

Superb. Location is excellent, vibey bar, staff so friendly and helpful. Room service was prompt and always lovely to interact with.. Wish there was more spa space as I was pregnant and couldnt use the dry sauna. My massage and facial however were great’.
