Maxim Folies is a lovely little hotel for a city break in Paris.. We liked the location which is about a 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord and 25 to The Louvre. There were plenty of places nearby to eat and our room was very quiet at night. It was spotlessly clean and there was always someone at the front desk for advice if necessary. .

A fabulous find!. An exceptional find in the heard of the Grand Boulevards district, just metres away from the Folies Bergere. Perfect location for getting around, with the nearest metro just 5 mins walk away. The hotel staff, without exception, were all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent and all very fresh. Although quite small, the bedroom was stylishly furnished with the comfiest bed I have slept in for a very long time and the public areas were also very comfortable. Hot drinks available 24 hours and home made cakes and pastries were also available (also fresh fruit) in the breakfast area. Highly recommended.. .

Superb. The facility was beautifully refurbished, specifically the bathroom with gold metals, and really helped me relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Not to mention, the staff was all exceptionally friendly and helpful.. The breakfast was quite disappointing, and it could have been fresher. I wished I had not included the option and instead gone to plenty of cafes or restaurants nearby..

Great location and great staff. This was my second stay at Hôtel Maxim Folies. The location is perfect and is on walking distance from the city centre and the train station as well. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are perfect. The next time when I visit Paris, I will definitely stay here again.. .
