Exceptional. The Staff was great and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, no bad smells or anything. And the location was great, bunch of restaurants nearby and the Palais Congress was 5m away on foot. Great place!. One of the beds was really close to the window so it was a bit uncomfortable for the person sleeping there to get out and go to the toilet during the night. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning..

" What's not to like about this place". We stayed at Hotel Harvey for 19 nights as we were in town to watch our favorite player Rafa Nadal at the French Open. We were not really sure what to expect from this hotel but were not disappointed at all. The very first thing that we loved about it was its proximity to Arc de Triomphe & Champs Elysees! After a couple of days, we realized that there were so many factors that you will love about this hotel.
First & foremost of all is its great staff. From our very able & sweet room attendant Francine who made sure our room is always impeccably clean, to our gracious kitchen staff Martina & Eric who tried to accommodate our requests even if sometimes we go over the breakfast schedule, the awesome reception area team Hossein,Karim ,Tery & Valerie who tirelessly answered all our inquiries and offered very helpful & handy suggestions and to the owners Martina, Renee & Roger who were so nice and made us feel at home.
The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants, and we found out later that it's only a 5-minute walk to St Ferdinand, a catholic church, which is a bonus to us!
We will surely recommend this hotel to our friends & family and hope to be back someday soon!
